Keren Oliver joined the firm in 2011 and practices in the commercial law department. She obtained her LL.B. summa cum laude from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermartizburg in 2006. Keren’s experience and focus lies in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on Consumer Protection Law, Company Law and general Business Law issues. She has a background in advising foreign clientele and experience in facilitating cross-border transactions (aviation) and assisting clients with the establishment of operations in South Africa.
