Simon joined the firm in 2010. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of KwaZulu Natal, Pietermaritzburg in 2006 and completed his Master’s degree in business law at the UKZN Durban Campus in 2009. Simon deals primarily with contractual issues in the construction industry and with commercial dispute resolution and litigation.
