Graham founded the firm in 1964. He is a past president of the KwaZulu Natal Law Society and of the Law Society of South Africa, a past Chairman of the Council of the University of KwaZulu Natal and a past Council member of the Business Law Section of the International Bar Association. Graham is a fellow of the Association of Arbitrators.
