BOUTIQUE KZN law firm Cox Yeats Attorneys recently moved to a new purpose built architecturally designed building in the heart of the uMhlanga Ridge precinct.
Cox Yeats Attorneys, a proudly KwaZulu-Natal grown brand with more than five decades in business, was one of the first law firms to relo-cate from Durban’s CBD to uMhlanga Ridge about 10 years ago.
But the firm’s growth saw the num-ber of professionals increasing more than three fold over the past nine years, resulting in the decision to build new premises.
Ncondo Chambers comprises eight floors consisting of approximately 8 500m2 of office space.
Cox Yeats Attorneys occupies the 6th, 7th and 8th floors of the building, which has its own parkade. The building was designed in con-formity with mid-century modern architecture, with elements such as flat planes, large windows and an inte-gration with nature. Dean Jay Architects designed the building and Vulindlela Holdings was the developer and project manager.
